Welcome back! Please login with your verified account.
1) Is this exclusive for Thomasians only?
Access to the application is NOT exclusive to Thomasians! You may
sign-up for an account with a personal email. Accounts not using
ust.edu.ph emails will be disabled after 30 days for security
purposes.
2) Do I need to create an account for this?
You do not need an account to fill out the Founder Form, but
creating a user account allows you to claim lost items. Google
Sign-in is only available to e-mails ending in @ust.edu.ph to
ensure accounts are created by verified Thomasians. Otherwise, non
UST accounts will be disabled after 30 days.
3) How do I post a found item?
When you click on the "Founder Form" you will be required to fill
it out and provide specific details about the item. Not all fields
are required to be filled out, but it is recommended to provide as
much information as possible. You can also choose to upload an
image of the item, although it is highly recommended to not show
the entire item or to upload a generic image of the item, to avoid
item insecurity.
4) What happens after I fill out the form?
The item will be submitted to the admins for review. You will then
be given a timeframe of 1 day to deposit the item at your chosen
repository. You must safely store the reference ID that will be
provided to you after filling up the form as it will be used later
for verification purposes during item deposit.
5) How do I retrieve my lost item?
All posted items are already deposited in their respective
repositories. Check the repository stated in each post to
immediately know where to personally claim your item. If you are
determined to be the owner, you will be given the reference ID of
the item so that the item can also be claimed in-app and be
automatically removed from the homepage.

6) How do I claim an item?
At the item's repository, the admin will ask you questions and let
you describe the item in detail. Once identified as the rightful
owner of the item, you must also 'claim' the item from the website
or app by entering the reference ID provided to you.
7) What happens to items that are unclaimed after 90 days?
Unclaimed items will be donated to UST Simbahayan or to other
local UST/Non-UST organizations. This is to avoid piling up of
items in storage rooms.
